New to the real estate industry, I started employment at the Squirrel Hill (City) Office of Prudential in July 2013 as an administrative assistant.  My first month of employment in this office has been wonderful.  Working with the manager, Shanna Chotiner, and all of the agents has been a pleasant experience so far, as everyone has welcomed me and taken the time to make sure if I have any questions that they were there to answer them.  Coming into this office as the administrative assistant, I found it to be well organized and it was a smooth transition from the previous assistant to me taking over the work load.

I had a horrific experience with this company, and would highly encourage anyone to stay away. After putting in $3000 of "refundable" hand money towards the house of interest, my realtor, Gail Murman, and her manager, Shanna Chotiner, managed to completely blunder my deal with the seller. Not only did I lose the house, but Prudential refused to return me my hand money, despite the fact that the seller had become completely unresponsive.

A few of my friends had a similar experience before mine, but neglected to tell me in time. Hopefully, someone will read this before entering into the unprofessional experience that Prudential Realty offers.
