I relocated to the Berkshires from D.C. and contacted Sue to begin my home search. She was very friendly and 1 of a few agents who actually responded to my inquiry within a timely manner AND with helpful information. 

When I actually began my search, a few months after contacting Sue, I worked with Matthew Marlow. 

As a first time home buyer, there were many things that I did not know. Matthew was very helpful and responsive. As my buyers agent, he was efficient and willing to work with my unique schedule as I travel daily for work. 

Initially, I was indecisive on where I wanted to live and we visited homes in MANY towns across western mass. We visited many homes multiple times. Matthew was very patient and helpful as I narrowed down my choices over the course of a few months. 

It was difficult for me to adjust to the homes in the Berkshires vs what I previously looked at in the D.C. area where everything is updated and renovated. Matthew helped me with the transition and I was able to find my dream home in the Berkshires! 

Even after the sale, Matthew has continued to go above and beyond in my behalf. He has more than exceeded my expectations. 

I highly recommend working with Sue or Matthew to find your new home in the Berkshires.
