They were only good when I didn't need them, but when I proactively called to ask about my policy they failed to meet expectations, and even gave false information. Even worse they did not own up to this error on their end, they blamed myself. Their list of providers are a poor collection of insurances agencies. You are much better of finding a policy on your own. I found something cheaper by 30% for almost the exact same coverage. Sadly I left them.

I work in the Auto Industry and have been referring my customers to Berlin Insurance Group for over 2 years. They have the best rates in the insurance industry and they also have a variety of options available to fit any customer's needs. The company is always quick, friendly, and very informative with all of my customers. Very good to do business with!
