They never called back in the 45 min as they said they were . I called today 9.6.2017 to request my quote and the lady that answered said everyone is busy so I can even find out who you spoke with. It sounded like they could care less about the business .

Horrible Service they called me a day before to renew my service or else it was gonna be cancelled 15 minutes before they closed. The lady that “helped us” Reyna was extremely rude and was talking over us the whole time. Overall a really bad experience at Bernal Insurance. I will take my money elsewhere.

Never had any problems with this company, so far been with them a year! did see a little bit of an increase but after speaking with the agent it went back down

POOR SERVICE!!!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO BERNAL INSURANCE, take your money else where like the manager told me! I was so frustrated with their service and LACK of professionalism that I called them and asked several times over a two month period as to why my rates suddenly increased and they couldn't call me back and this happened over and over... I finally was able to speak to the manager and the first thing he told me after I told him I was not happy was " why don't you just take your business else where". THEIR LOSS. ITS SURLY NOT MINE!
