Majorly lacking in communication and etiquette. Doesn't return phone calls. A colossal waste of money, I wouldn't recommend him to anybody.

Bernie Brown got me out of a possibly serious jam quite successfully. I think he is a seasoned professional and a great trial lawyer. Quite the pleasure to work with him overall. Thank you Bernie.

If you need an attorney that can actually help you and care about the issues at hand, continue your search.  Mr. Brown was hired to complete a number of issues for our family and he was NOT successful in those tasks.  But what is worse was the failure to communicate on any level - no returning of emails or phone calls in which we were merely asking for information!  After $9000, he just sent a "Dear John" letter, stating I am no longer your attorney with no information to a person in jail, who has no resources, no funding or the ability to complete paperwork within a 30 day window.  Shame on you Bernie Brown, these are good people that just needed help!
