My husband ordered me flowers in my birthday and I missed the delivery guy by 10 minutes. I was on my way to go pick up the flowers but when I called the guy sent the driver back to my house. This was really nice of them as I had been out all day and really didn't want to go back out. Also the flowers are absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much!

Do not go here! Rude and does terrible work. Lazy people who don't know blue from purple. Not to mention it's dark and disgusting inside.

horrible Horrible HORRIBLE! I wanted to send my best friend flowers. She just received some terrible news. I chose a bright vibrant bouquet to put a smile on her face. I waited all day to hear from her about the flowers and at 5:00pm still nothing.. i called the shop and asked where they were, they responded ' thats our fault it may not be made yet but we can get it to her' so we re routed to her house. Great.. or so i though.. she sent me picture of the flowers and I was SHOCKED at what she actually recieved. Nothing like the picture at all and in the UGLIEST vase. they were bland colors with a clear purple and pink daisy vase. Really? I called back the next morning and spoke to the rudest manager. She said they rarely have what I ordered in stock.. so why is it on the website. also I asked she get something better or I want a refund and the only option was to goto her house and pick up the flowers. What horrible people to actually take flowers from someone who is going through a rough time just throw them away. I tried to be a good person and go through a local shop instead of an huge online shop where you get what you want. This is the return I get .. Horrible Service and Horrible Products. My friends favorite part was the note I attached.. Thanks for nothing Bernies.

I ordered flowers in a duck figurine for my very pregnant wife (it is going to be a boy!) via the website. The night before the flowers were supposed to be delivered, the owner called stating he did not have any duck figurines, but he can substitute something else. He had a blue cube or pink bows, neither of which I wanted. I asked for just flowers for a lower price since I was ambushed at the last minute. He would not reduce the price (figurine or no figurine), so I canceled the order altogether. This was my first and last time using this florist.
