It was my own fault for not taking a closer look as to why they have a 5 star rating. I won't make that mistake again. Just because you see a 5 star rating, make sure it isn't from just one random, most likely paid reviewer. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY TO ANYONE ! THEY CHERRY PICK THEIR ACCOUNTS AND DID NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH ME, WITHOUT EVEN GIVING ME A CHANCE TO TELL THEM ABOUT MY CIRCUMSTANCES! I HAD AN IRONCLAD CASE THEY DIDN'T NOT EVEN SHOW ME THE RESPECT TO HEAR ABOUT ALONG WITH KEEPING ME IN LIMBO AND NOT GETTING BACK TO ME, FORCING ME TO CALL TO ASK WHY I HAVE NOT GOT A RETURN CALL JUST TO FIND OUT THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED (AND THAT'S WITHOUT ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THE CASE INFORMATION I WAS EXPECTING TO INFORM AND ACTUAL ATTORNEY ABOUT. ZERO FOR COMPANY PROFESSIONALISM. MAKE SURE YOU'RE A BUSINESS BEFORE YOU CALL OR THEY MOST LIKELY WON'T TAKE YOUR CASE BECAUSE YOUR MONEY IS NO GOOD TO THEM. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS INCIDENT TO THE NH BAR ASSOCIATION AS WELL.
