Very incompetent.  I was passed from Ms. Stross, to Ms. Mass, to Ms. Wallacker and back to Ms. Mass again.

They were completely lost in financial matters and because of the continuing merry-go-round of representation -- none of them really understood the case.

Bottom line -- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
