The waiter, Sidi, was excellent! He was informative and offered suggestions. We enjoyed our chat with him. 
The food was delicious and arrived quickly. Even though it was close to their closing time, they not turn people away. 
 We will definitely go there again.

Rating is based on Bertucci's/similar restaurants.  As far as Bertucci's go, this one is pretty clean, fast, efficient.  Servers tend to be polite/friendly.  Think I've only been to this one for lunch, never too crowded.  Only complaint- stop playing games with the rolls.  Item is supposed to be unlimited, they bring you one each then tell you you have to wait for more because they're being made.  Who are you fooling?  Before you would go to a Bertucci's and they would bring you a basket of rolls, and a refill any time you asked.  No real reason to be restrictive now, ease up.  Rolls are a few small bites, you know the customer is likely to have more than one.

My girls and I love this place.  Mainly because the people who work there are always cheerful, professional and always get our order right.  They also have the BEST decaf coffee!  That is hard to find.  We come here weekly and enjoy their food- especially flat bread pizza!

Took forever for someone to even acknowledge we were standing there to get seated. The place wasn't even busy. We waited 10 minutes and finally walked over to someone about getting seated. Several people who worked there walked by without even bothering to tell someone to seat us or even acknowledge us. Outside of that problem, our waiter was very good as was the food.

Good food, large selection of items in every food category. Our kids love the pizza. The Baked Tortellini is always a fantastic choice for the adults and the rolls are delicious.
