There's a certain level of quality I've come to expect from Bertucci's, and I my expectations are usually met.  I've also realized that each Bertucci's is only as good as the people running and working at the restaurant...and that there is plenty of inconsistency from location to location.  This is NEVER good for a chain erstaurant, as one location can skew your view of the entire chain.  Having said that, I've now experienced the second location that did not live up to the basic standard of hospitality a paying guest should expect.  There was no wait to be seated, we ordered beverages, received rolls and olive oil dip, ordered food, etc.  Delivery was realtively prompt, with no issues.  The overall meal was fairly tasty, and the only thing lacking was the "iced tea" which I usually drink, and my kids mix in their Arnold Palmers. It was watery with a slight brown tint, and no tea flavor, obviously not steeped long enough.  Our party of six ate at a moderate pace, and we were done within 40-60 minutes.  Apparently there was another group of six people that was waiting for a "six-top", as they started clearing our entire table including glasses, and silverware before we were even done, or had a chance to contemplate dessert. It was like we had left, and they were bussing the table. I made sure that we ordered at least one dessert, as to not get forced out of our space, to make room for the next party.  And it took the server no less than 5-10 minutes to deliver our dessert.  It's a Saturday night for Pete's sake, and as a party of six, with two older folks (late 70s), was in no rush to leave.  They ended up clearing the table next to ours for the incoming six, wiping all the food-stuff onto the floor, then sweeping it up.  Having worked in the business, that is NOT the proper nor most sanitary way to clean a table.  I left this restaurant feeling stressed from the experience... the opposite of what I want to experience when dining out.

Excellent value...great service, Karen is a five star waitress😀 food is consistent, generous portions, wonderful pasta and gravy...the rolls, olive oil and peppers are heavenly...we visit often !

Every day the service is worse and worse, talk to the manager and she  not pay attention. We waited 40 minutes for the food. It was a very bad experience.
