The service was HORRIBLE!!!! WE sat waiting for 20 mins. and then had to ask a manager for a waiter before we were served. we then sat waiting for another 30 mins. before our food was served! The food was good, though.

It was almost empty but took a lot of time for the food to come. Waiter was too laid back. Food was great though.

My girlfriend and I stopped in after spending the afternoon at the Devon Horse Show a few miles down the street. This offers ample seating and a bar area and has its own parking lot for easy access. The bread that comes with sitting down for a meal was delicious when dipped in the olive oil and herb mix provided to us. The mozzarella fritta makes a solid appetizer for anyone who enjoys mozzarella sticks but is looking for a fancier appetizer. The oven fired pizza is delicious. I went with a roasted garlic and pepperoni, but I've also had the Margherita pizza at other Bertucci's establishments and I would recommend that as well. To top it off, the oven baked chocolate chip cookie is to die for. It's one of the best desserts of any restaurant. Our server was very friendly and provided great service. Overall, Bertucci's in Wayne, PA is just like the ones in NJ, a great spot for a nice dinner.

Sunday night, not busy. Ordered new spaghetti and meatballs dish. A couple of the meatballs were burned black on one side. The dish overall was on the dry and unimpressive side. The service could use some training. I was never offered a refill on my water and no observation was made about the two blackened meatball sides I left to the side of the dish.
