Went in on Sunday 9/18 and there was a 30 minute wait because they only had one server.  However,  I'm glad we waited because the experience was excellent.  Jenna was our server and she was awesome!  Everything we ordered came out perfect and exactly how we requested it. She even kept our drinks refilled- we never even had to ask her. She was calm and not stressed, which was impressive given she was taking care of the entire restaurant.  The entire staff pitched in to make this a great experience for everyone.  I saw the manager making pizzas while we on our way out.  Most restaurants are short staffed these days, but I've never seen one pull themselves together like these folks did. I was very impressed.

I'd like to commend Bertucci's in Reading, MA on their exceptional service tonight for my daughter's 3rd birthday party.  Our server Drew, restaurant manager Andy, and the entire staff went out of their way to provide a fantastic "make your own pizza party" experience for the kids, while catering to the entire crowd of adults as well.  Everyone had a blast, the pizza was delicious, and the value was great for what you receive.  If you're looking for a unique experience for your next child's birthday party, consider Bertucci's, your guests will love it!  Thanks again Drew and Andy, we'll be back!

Bartender Steve kept us laughing and entertained the whole time in bar area. He gave 5 STAR service. Pizza was great and doughy, best Bertucci’s in the North Shore!

Misty is the most pleasant person to talk to over the phone and in person when placing a carryout order.  She always takes the time to answer questions and go the extra mile to make me feel like a welcomed guest.  We love Bertuccis and will keep coming back and we love getting to talk with Misty!  She’s a keeper!

I ordered 2 pizzas at 330 via the online ordering app and was told the order would be ready at 4.  I arrived at 4 and no pizzas were ready.  I waited 45 mins and finally received the pizza, but no rolls were available, oh well.  But after all the extra wait time, i get home 5min ride and both pizzas were cold.  What is happening to my favorite pizza restaurant?

We had a great dinner, they helped make sure our pizza was gluten free and took care of our table. Our waitress was fabulous.  Kid-friendliness: Wonderful

Had a great lunch at the bar watching college football. Food was great, and the service at the bar was great from Steve the bartender. 100% coming back!!!!
