This was your standard cookie cutter Best Buy experience. If you've been to one Best Buy you have pretty much been to the mall. I will say that the staff that I work with were especially helpful and friendly. They help me find what I wanted and get me in and out as fast as possible.

Ordered on line - picked up at store - fast & easy. Also upgraded a phone here about a week ago. Very quick and smooth experience - based on other historical vendor upgrading experiences, bb has pretty much perfected the process. Took about 30 minutes including transfer of my old phone data, selection & installation of glass & case.

Costumer service wasn't too friendly. (Not the best attitude )  He seemed very frustrated at the very beginning.  All boyfriend wanted to do was make sure info was correct and read terms before signing. The guy seemed really annoyed at this. (Maybe he had a bad day dealing with other people) no reason to take it out on costumers.. made me not wanna go there again but I shouldn't let one employee get me down, yes I was upset.. I'll just have to make sure someone else  helps us.

Our sales associate, Kyle Mackey, was very knowlegeable and courteous.  We purchased LG Washer and Dryer.  He was able to answer all questions with no difficulty.  Our item availability was given a much longer time elsewhere.  I cannot say enough about the shopping experience itself.  It was simply great from entry to exit of the store.  Everyone did an exceptional job and I will not hesitate to shop there more. Service, availability, price match, explanation etc all came into play with flying colors.

Needs new store manager. Spent $14,000 there for TV and Stereo system. Still can't find manager. Have to pull teeth to get questions answered. Phone system to reach help stinks. If a customer spent that kind of money in your store would you treat them special? At least know there first name?
