Bought my Apple Watch here. The worker who assisted us was friendly and helpful. I always like to look around because they always have some items on sale or clearance. And sure enough, we always pick up a few more items that we’ve been meaning to buy. The cashiers are friendly, too. I wouldn’t mind returning and shopping here for all my tech needs whenever I’m back in the area. There’s ample parking in front of the store.

This place is nice. The store is a little hard to navigate your way around. The staff are very friendly and nice, and the place overall is very good. The parking is okay, although it can be hard to find a spot during the store’s peak hours, usually around 2-3:00 PM. We did not have to wait very long for checkout, and we were in and out in about 10 minutes! Overall, I would visit again, it is a very pleasant place!

Very difficult to get one of the many employees standing around to help me with an item lock3d up on a cage. They did n9t seem to know where their own products were or what they were. Employee argued that they did not have an item that both the website and their own inventory system said they had. Tried to say he assumed the item had been stolen until I found it for him. Turned out to be an open box item but was not discounted as one. I can see why this store is slowly going out of business.  No focus on customer service. Very disappointing.

Forget about buying desktop computer stuff like video cards here. But there was a nice selection of earphones, and I found a pair I really liked. The staff in the store was helpful. But on another occasion I called to ask if they had a certain product, and the rude young woman curtly informed me that I would need a skew number for the product before she could check to see if they had it.
You're probably not going to get a big discount on anything you buy here, but prices were mostly fair.
Just don't call them if you don't have a skew number.

Typical Best Buy. Hard to find anyone to answer questions for you. Used to be a favorite chain of mine but definitely not the same quality service I feel they used to provide. This one was no different.
