I remember going to Best Buy for movies and CDs growing up, they always had the best selection! Unless you need a phone or a TV this is not your best option. The staff is very friendly and helpful though.

Not bad.Kids that work there need a LOT of training in customer service. Among other things, when you are 22 years old, you probably don't want to call a 60-year-old, "Bud." In fact, you should call a 14-year-old customer, "Sir." Very little product knowledge, too. Last trip, the kid I talked to a) had no clue what the product I was asking for was (I used the correct name for it, not some obscure description), then told me they didn't carry it. After some searching, I found it on the shelf. I have never found an employee in the Weatherford store that acted as if he wanted to be there, gave a damned about me, or really cared about his job. I gave them an extra star in spite of this because they carry great products and have good prices.

Do not go here if you are looking for help for military they do not price match for military prices on the exchange website even if they say they pro e match guarantee. We had the documents proving it was cheaper on base and they said they don't recognize the BX exchange  so I think they should put they only recognize certain stores. My grandfather gave 20 yrs to protect his country and so Best Buy to rip people off. So please go were you can find a better price. They do not have the best prices. When I called to find out what happened they hung up on me
 Great customer service Best Buy also it took my grandfather 15 mins to find someone who would help him.

I love best buy.  Always the best selection of the newest electronics and music.  I love their great financing options and rewards program.

They were very helpful and able to answer any questions that we asked.  We were allowed to look and compare laptops at our leisure.  When we had made our decision we paid and were taken to Geek Squad so that they could transfer my records to the new computer.  I'm very impressed that they can tell us by checking our account that we have bought something there and when.  I have found that some other businesses are not able to do that.
