I was asked if I needed any help immediately after entering the Electronic Dept.  The young gentleman's name is Juan. He was very polite, professional and he made sure we had the proper accessories before leaving. He even rang us up right there and got us out of there very quickly. Total shopping experience at Best Buy in a very busy mall at Christmas time...under 10 minutes! 👍👍😎 OH SNAP!

I would not return to this store. They wouldn't honor my request for an exchange even if I was willing to pay more for the item. I've sent numerous emails to their general manager and corporate and I have yet received a response about their poor customer service! I've been a loyal customer for years and to be treated horrible, I no longer want to give any business to this store!

you can always tell when a company is going out of business... cutting back on personnel... poor customer service from the personnel that are still employed. maybe you cats will be able to get jobs at radio shack or metropcs...

Bad experience. I order online after 2 hours i went to pick up my order and its not ready yet and the girl that help me said to go to the floor and grab the item and bring it back to her. I thought the reason to order online is to come and go?????I went to find the item the guy that help me said there is 2 more available on stock but they couldnt find it. So i went back to the girl that help me first and i cancelled my order.
