Despite the negative reviews, I love this best buy. Josh is extremely helpful and super sweet.  He makes my best buy experience a great one. He's also extremely cute .Will  continue to come back because of josh👍🏻

Associates are always very helpful and eager to assist. My family and I have taken advantage of their Buy Back program a couple of times, always with amazing results. Recently bought a laptop that had an issue with the SD slot the very first time I used it, and they were more than happy to assist (they ended up replacing the computer since I had just purchased it the day before).

Wonder why online shopping is so much better.... Would be nice if just one employee knew something other than what time their shift ends. Customer service is a thing of the past... Sad

Confused why Best Buy sells junk....? 

Went to purchase a laptop specifically to write school papers to save to a USBflashdrive or email. The product I bought is a low end laptop I do feel like the first "sales associate" was trying to be helpful and express the longevity of the product is not that of the higher end models but I still felt pushed to get something else. Once at the cash register the other sales associate told me the product had an 80% return rate. My response was then why is this product even for sale. I may be part of 80% but based on reviews and the use I need I highly doubt it. My disappointment is if you think a product is not worthy then it should not even be sold in the store. My other two cents in my experience is most electronics are not lasting a year anymore anyway without something breaking or slowing down. Not going to spend $$$ when it's going to break anyway. Disappointed with the over experience....
