Though the choices are limited, in wearable electronics, the sales and customer service representatives are very helpful. Returning defective items was extremely easy. I will use them instead of Amazon from now on! It's better to touch and try, before you buy.

The Customer Service was beyond amazing... Once I walked in I was greeted with a “welcome to Best Buy” and when I started to look at the phone selection a friendly associate named “Devon” let me know she is available to help if I had any questions. She was willing to help me no matter how long the process took and I had many questions about the iPhone 8 and X and what different phone providers they had to offer and deals. She was willing answer all my questions and concerns and I ended up purchasing the “Iphone X”. Devon was very positive and professional and even let me check out her IPhone X before my purchase. During the activation process their was an issue and it wouldn’t allow the activation/ purchase to continue. Devon quickly called the Service Provider and resolved the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. She also explained the different features the IPhone X offerd and provided me her card if I had any further questions with anything. I was truly satisfied with the service I received and the professionalism “Devon” showed. It’s now been 2 days and I am Loving my new IPhone :)

I've always had a love-hate relationship with Best Buy. Recently I purchased an ASUS laptop and I wanted a cooling fan for it. They had three. In a huge store like this I was expecting to see more. I found one I wanted and it works well but my computer is a little bit larger. The store doesn't carry many DVDs or CDs anymore. I know they want to keep up with the market but some want actual discs.

No help offered to us. We found what we wanted without help from salesman. Usually people are very helpful there. Must have been an off day for them. Good stock of what we wanted and competitive prices.

I used to go to Best buy frequently, because even though they're prices are usually higher they do the price match. They wouldn't match the price for $15 off a $300 item. I received a defective item and the refund for the returned item took three days to process back to my debit card. Walmart instantly processed a $400 refund a few months ago, it literally showed up in my online banking before I left the store.
