My regular shopping destination for all electronic needs. Shop is very well managed and staff is friendly and helpful. You can find bunch of deals and they do price match if you show them other store price. I specially like camera and phone section as we see multiple sample models.

Best Buy Cerritos

Today, I experienced the worst customer service of all time!

First, I was calling to find out if they had a product in stock and I was on hold for over 22 minutes then I was disconnected! Then I called a second time and it was on hold for another 13 minutes then the system disconnected me again!

So I thought I better try another department therefore I called the Geek Squad. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the person on the phone she said was Carmel and she was a supervisor. All I asked was the customer service number for the All I asked was the customer service number for the headquarters and before she finished give me the number she hung up on me! I called back I spoke to another person complain to him but it fell on deaf ears! Yet, he did give me Main Office customer service number and I filed a complaint!

The supervisor was very unprofessional and does not deserve to be a supervisor! If I was running the company I would fire her ass! I will never ever shop at Best Buy and I will take my business elsewhere!

Best Buy deserves zero stars!!!!!

Horrible experience at the location.. we had a issue with our $5000 computer that we have recently bought 7 weeks ago... They act like they was willing to help to fix issue when manage got involved but since we bought a different Best Buy.. They stop and said we can’t help .. go to that Store..   I didn’t know Cerritos Best Buy was a Franchise location... Wait they are Not!   I guess Best Buy Brand doesn’t mean much anymore!! Don’t spend your money there... Find another solution

Same big box like other Best Buys.  I am retired  and also order most stuff on line so I haven't been here for a while.  Came to see with own eyes details of some new products.  Fortunately the store is not busy but unfortunately, as a mature looking person, store clerks try to not catch my attention.  I walked around at a couple of different depts and just can't get attention.  There is plenty of them talking to each other.  If you are a maturer person trying to get help, try another place.
