These people are great. They go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of and that everything is right. I ordered online and didn't get it. I called and without question they immediately sent me another order. Give them a shot.

Very small for a Best buy but not to bad in the selection. Staff asked if I needed help, so that was nice. For the area this is the best place to get electronics but there are better best buys through out the country.

I had an awful experience with purchasing a  Kitchen appliance Online  With Best Buy. Delivery time was postpone not once but twice, Having to take off of work both times. Then was unable to order parts needed for my appliance With Best Buy. Having being a long time customer had always been satisfactory until having to order online.

Busy but this close to Christmas they were very quick. Very helpful in the geek squad also. Will use them for all my computer needs

Store is pretty good but not very good customer experience. Online pickup can be a mess. Already had to cancel 2 items on different dates due to inventory issues at store.
