Went in to buy a camera around 830 on a Monday. It was easy to find someone to help us because it was not very busy. The guy was very knowledgeable about cameras and was able to find use what we wanted. He also gave us advice about cameras that are coming out in the future that we might be interested in.

The Geek Squad is pretty useless and I would not recommend having them repair anything. You will overpay and their advice is suspect. The prices at Best Buy are 20 to 30% higher than most other stores.

As soon as I came through the door I was able to get directions to what I wanted and after pondering choices for a couple minutes a employee noticed my pondering and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me make a confident decision.

Large clean location that still sells lots of appliances, in addition to the staple of electronics. Also a good place for a clean public rest room if you are out and about. Sales people are attentive and helpful.
