I really like Best Buy but can sometimes be hard to find an attendant who knows about the products. Love the fact that receipts are saved on their computer system, very helpful and a reason why I continue to shop there.

The service that we received from Shak and Ashley , was second to none. Friendly, knowledgeable , and made the buying experience a great one. Highly recommended.

The best thing about Best Buy is how quickly you get help but sometimes staff is not present and the customer has to go around looking for one of them

The staff is friendly and does their best to help you. The management has been difficult at times but the on the floor staff is absolutely wonderful.
