First time using this place. Went despite reviews. Bad choice. to dry clean 4 shirts and a jacket was $50. Absolutely absurd. Will not be returning.

Never a problem.  They provided us with a bright yellow garment bag that has our information on it so we do not need to even wait for a ticket.  Quick & easy...  Don't count on same day service though.

"Worst" Cleaners: Dishonest Practices and They Lose Your Garments.  

I just had the worst dry cleaning experience of my life at Best Cleaners.  To begin, this place does NOT give you any written receipt or ticket after you drop off your clothes - they claim they store all info under your phone number.  When I went last week, I dropped off five garments for my wife - 3 dresses, a skirt, and a jacket.  The young girl working there put everything on the counter, and quoted me $4.97 per item.  I gave her plenty of time to look at everything, and only left after she told me to leave.  However, when I returned a week later to get the clothes, she told me the total was a whopping $46!!  I asked, "What happened?"  She replied, "Oh, I didn't look at everything good enough last time, and I'm now charging you $9.37 for each dress."  When I refused to pay the new price, she repeatedly insisted "I only work here.", even though she admitted she made a mistake.  She said that she was justified in charging me whatever she wanted, regardless of what I was quoted.  After a long argument in which she refused to even apologize or help, she reluctantly called a supervisor, who told her to charge me the original price.  During this whole time, the girl's attitude was absolutely rotten, and it was obvious that her belief was "the customer is always wrong".

To make it worse, my wife noticed that one of her dresses was missing when I got home!  There was an empty hanger in the bag with nothing on it.  The both of us returned to Best Cleaners, only to be greeted now by a young boy.  When we explained that we were missing a dress, he laughed and said, "We never lose anything - you must have dropped it."  He begrudgingly called his "Mom", explaining the situation to her in mostly Chinese, which we obviously couldn't understand.  Again, he told us that we must of dropped it.  We insisted that he look for it and told him we were going to call the police (which he didn't even seem to care about).  Well, after 5 minutes of searching, low and behold, he found it on the ground under the conveyor belt.  "Well, that's never happened before," he said, laughing.  I asked if I could be reimbursed $5 for all my time, at which he sneered and laughed at me once more.  Again, he made another phone call to "Mom", gave me my $5, and I vowed never to go near Best Cleaners every again.

I'm sure other people go here and never have any problems.  However, let this review be a warning that Best Cleaners is a very shady establishment, and they will likely blame you if anything goes wrong.
