I have taken a number of cruises and they have all been booked through Best Cruises and Tours.  Every one of them has been a perfect experience.  They seem to keep an eagle eye on rate reductions and upgrades offered by the cruise lines.  I don't know if this is common in the travel industry, or just good luck for us the times we've cruised, but it's good to know your agent is looking out for you!

My wife and I toured the U.K. for our honeymoon last year.  We booked that trip through BC&T, too.  We had a little difficulty due to a canceled flight to start the trip, but our agent at BC&T helped us understand our options with the travel insurance we had luckily purchased!

My experience with Best Cruises and Tours was such a successful one. Every need I had was met quickly and efficiently, and the staff were always very friendly and professional. With the help of Best Cruises and Tours, my family enjoyed our best vacation to date.
I have since recommended Best Cruises and Tours to several friends, and they live up to their reputation every time.
