Usually a good place to get a hair cut. Friday the 19th was not a good time to get anything done here! Only one girl doing hair cuts and she had a major attitude. I wont be coming back here!

Amy is amazing. She gives me what i want everytime and the prices are perfect! It is by no means an "upscale" salon. But her work is worth so much more.

Worst experiences ever. Prices rise another dollar every time I come. I will never go there again. Came at 15-20 minutes before it closes and no one was eager to cut my hair and denied me. No good reason to come here.

I decided to go this salon after being a very very loyal customer at Supercuts. I go in and stand at the counter, no one looks up..no one says hello. After a couple of minutes, I see a sign in sheet so I sign in and sit down. There were 2 men ahead of me and they were seen within 10 minutes after I arrived. I sat and waited, still nothing...no word from anyone. I see 3 stylists doing nothing, their finished and they go to the back. When one stylist finished with her customer and rang him up, she went back to her station. Finally, I go to the counter and ask is anyone going to assist me. The stylist said "yeah, I was about to help you, I'm cleaning up my station." I said, "forget it, I'll take my business elsewhere" and I left. Clearly, they care and know nothing about customer service. I should have never wasted my time. I'm back at Supercuts in Mount Holly where they greet every customer that walks in that door and tells them they'll be right with them. Do not go to Best Cuts if you want good service and to be treated like you're invisible. Part of me wondered if they treated me like this because of my skin color. Just makes me go hmmm....
