Didn't do way I asked wanted layered. She layered the bottom of the back, left the top and sides long, said I wanted it layered so she wasn't happy and stared over quickly . MY HAIR IS A MESS!!! Top is not even, everyone tells me what a mess my hair is. Will never go back and WILL not recommend to anyone.

Giving it a 2 because they have a nice staff and I’ve had decent trims for a while, but recently I’ve had the worst cuts of my life. Literally butchered my curly hair. And the lady who did it was really inconsiderate.

Me and my children go to Best Cuts in Chardon all the time because it is the closest and cheapest. I’d say 80% of the time they do a good job. My problem is their attitudes. EVERY time we walk in is the same. No “hello” or head nod or any kind of acknowledgement, no matter if they are busy or not. They have conversations with each other ignoring the customers walking in, signing in and in the chairs. They look at each other as if nobody wants to take a customer. I was under the impression that they work on commission? Why wouldn’t you want everyone that walks in the door, why wouldn’t you acknowledge and interact with the customers in order to get a better tip?

A little expensive for a Best Cuts. I really like my stylist otherwise I would find a 5.99 haircut place
