Just left here with my mother and her dog, had 3:20 appointment after being called back into exam room we waited more than 30 minutes, while in the exam room waiting we were able to hear the entire staff in the back... completely un appropriate conversations and total lack of caring for people and there animals! This place has seriously changed for the worse in the last year! All of the good and caring staff is gone! After 13 years of me as well as my parents coming here we will definitely not be returning and will not recommend best friends to anyone!!!

Do not bring your pets here! Look at their yelp reviews. I brought my dog in for an anal gland expression. I don't know my technicians name but she was heavy set with blond hair. She was VERY unprofessional and VERY rude. When I called the practice I stated that I just needed my dogs anal glands expressed, (he has to get this done every 3 months otherwise he stops defecating.) and I was schedule for an appointment instead, and when I told the tech that I did not want the appointment, just his glands expressed she rolled her eyes at me. The unprofessionalism didn't stop there. As I'm waiting in the waiting room I hear my dog screaming, and I mean SCREAMING. When she returned with my dog I said, "Why was he screaming?" to which she replied, "I have not met a dog that didn't make noise when I do an anal gland expression." and I said, "Well he never makes a peep. Even last time when some other lady here did it he didn't make a sound." And all I from her
And a shoulder shrug. I am very unhappy with this, and I will never return to this practice and all my friends will know not to take their animals there especially if this is how they will be treated. I have also sent them 3 emails about my issue and they havent responded! And I posted a review on their facebook page and not 2 hours later they took it down. They know what they did was wrong but aren't adult enough to own up to it.

I truly appreciate this place. They are so friendly not only with the owners but also with the pets. They take their time to make sure all your questions are answered. They are very supportive and helpful. I trust them with my best friend, my puppy 👍❤🐾
