Not honest.  Prepaid $30 on my card.   Only took $22 to fill it up.  Went in to get the change and they said they would only charge $22.  Statement came the next month - they charged $30.  Not worth driving back to Connecticut to fight $8, but I'd  suggest you avoid them.
