Excellent experience moving across country with this company. All  personnel were very competent and friendly. Our goods arrived on time and in excellent condition. They sent movers inexperienced in unpacking to unpack our goods, which left things  a bit chaotic and unorganized when they left. But that was our only problem.

Go anyplace else. You'll be better off if you do it yourself. They're that bad.

Very professional and helpful with tips on moving.  The movers were fast, courtesy, and efficient in their work.  When moving items to the second floor, they covered items, walls, and hand rails in order not damage things.   We were very pleased with Best Moving and Storage and our  experience with them.  We would recommend them.

Excellent cross country experience. Danielle showed up for my estimate on time and was extremely helpful - carefully explaining the process and offering wonderful tips and suggestions for packing. Drivers John and Sue Holiday were THE BEST. They wrapped furniture expertly and rapidly - moved heavy items with ease down a narrow staircase, kept in touch along the route from FL to OR. They delivered my furniture within the window, but a day earlier than anticipated. Hauling the furniture up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator and reassembling my belongings was done in less than 2 hours. Belongings arrived in great shape. Five stars for everyone involved! THANK YOU!!
