I started going here about a year ago & initial impression was good. I recently brought my 3 daughters in fir mommy daughter mani pedi's. I made an appointment days prior. When we came in, they were not bey friendly towards my daughters, acted annoyed.one guy actually told my daughter she could not have the design she asked for & made her cry hysterical. My nails were lifting 2 days later, they look like press on nails. I spent $230 in there, they should do a lot better with costumer service. They lost my business for good.

I went here for the first time today to have my acrylics (from a different salon) filled/fixed. I'm always hesitant to try new nail salons based on negative past experiences but this salon was a great find! The individual who answered the phone when I called was extremely friendly/accommodating despite how busy they were. Tom, my nail technician,did an amazing job. He was very meticulous in perfecting my acrylics and had a fine-tuned approach in ensuring the final set looked perfect. I will definitely be a frequent customer to this salon based on my experience today.
