Horrible service, I paid 33$ for a fill in, and 3 nails broke in 6 days, they don't want to fix it. The manger gets mad and yells at me. They treat white customers better. 45$ for the worst pedicure in history. NEVER AGAIN.I also work with 3 ladies that said the same thing about their experience and nails that will not go here again. The bad part we work next door it's so convenient. But nope. Won't get a dime from me. Rather go to HP.(highland Park Michigan)(TINA)

This is......hands down.....the ABSOLUTE WORST nail salon I could have EVER have the experience to visit. H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I’ve never been so disrespected in my life at an establishment! I would rate -20 stars if I could. If you’re thinking of going here.........Don’t.

Terrible customer service. Came in after work at 7p was being serviced by Lee whom I had to ask if he was ready to get started. He says "sure, I guess so come on what you want'' I told him I wld like a fill in and shellac he suggested a soak off. I agreed and then he started talking in his native language to his manager and co worker.  At 735p he refused to do a soak off so I said thats fine just pop the tips off and I will get a shellac polish over my natural nails. He suggested I come back another day and started gathering his things. He stated he had to go home bc they were closing soon. Mind u I signed in at 7p! They can't and won't get my money. I drove from Downtown Detroit to patronize this establishment and all they provided was rudeness, bad customer service, and im sure nothing less than nasty comments/insults in their native language.

Could be more clean , they only have two brushes at the sink to scrub your nails with. I think for as many customers they have this is a very dirty. Also I have gotten several pedicures and not once have I seen them sanitize the tools or chairs. 
Today my experience was not good, I walked and and my nail teach began my pedicure , then she stops and says I forgot I had a appointment, my water was cold and I was left waiting for a hour for her to come and tell me she was throwing me off on another tech. And I’m her regular customer.... she done my nails dozens of times ....

They recently renovated in the last 6 months and the updates look clean and professional. I frequent this salon primarily for fills and overlays. Ronnie and Julie always do a great job with my fills and don't get irritated when I change my mind on colors or designs. I did think it was off putting when I requested 3 different nails colors and was up charged $5. It's not like I was asking for nail art, when I go outside of a regular fill this is not my usual spot to go because I never know how much I am being up charged until the end of the appointment.
