good drivers, In the past I was little concerned with dispatch telling me that it would be 30 minutes then the driver arrives an hour later.. blame in on traffic..lol... I rarely do a rating over 3 for anything.. But good service...

My family was stuck in Nashua and it was imperative he got to Claremont. After a short chat with Rich, the owner, I had my dad home in no time and for a very competitive price! Thank to Best Taxi for bending over backwards to help me in a time of need. Great service, definitely recommended! I will always use Best Taxi, from now on! Thank you!

Had an amazing experience with them. They saved me from the snow storm and the driver was very friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Always late even tho i call them hours and even a day in advance. This last experience they were suppose to pick me up at 4:15 pm for Appt scheduled for 4:30 and me and my child waited outside for 10 min when I decided to call them to see where the taxi was and the person that answered acted as if she had no idea what i was talking about. Said she'd call me back when she figured out what was going on and still no call back. Will start using another service after this. Missed his Appt thanks to The Worst Taxi.. Thanks alot!

More like worst taxi. Stuck 3 miles away and once I reluctantly had to inform the the dispatcher I needed a ride less than 10 miles away she told me “no I don’t think he will be able to do that.”
