Where do I start? We came late under the impression that the place was 24/7. When we got there it looked open but all the doors were locked. We had to knock on the glass for a minute to get anyone's attention. We the gentleman got to the door he cracked it open a bit and looked at us like we were insane. When we finally got inside there was a man that was clearly on drugs sitting in one of the chairs. At first he had his eyes closed and was making weird movements. Then he began to bang his head against the glass behind him. None of the employees said anything. Hardly any of the machines work and the one that do have mold around them. The machines throw hot water at your face. The machines do not take all of the detergent you pour so you are literally wasting money. I wouldn't bother with this place.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had in a laundromat. There are many problems. One of the doors is jammed shut, the "smart" value transfer machines don't work (one is off, other is jammed), there was a verbal argument between an employee and a customer, most of the washers and dryers don't work (they have little "doesn't work" or "don't use" signs on them), their vending machine license expired several months ago (according to the little sticker thing), there were only two employees working at the time, the bathroom was completely inaccessible, and so on and so forth. The WORST part, though, was when I tried to add the detergent and stuff. The damn machine spurted it back at me!! I don't think that was necessarily safe. The name "Best Way" is very ironic. Insulting, even! I honestly hope the place gets shut down. I'm upset that I have to give it one star as opposed to NONE. For your sake, PLEASE AVOID THIS LAUNDROMAT!! If you're familiar with the area, you'll be able to find MUCH better laundromats!

I gave it 2 stars because of the friendly lady. Would have helped if she spoke more english. The place itself sucks. Dirty and a majority of the washers and dryers are broken. I don't know what happened to this place. I was last here about 5 years ago and the place was spotless and everything worked. Today it's a dump. Wouldn't recommend or come here myself again.

If I could give ZERO stars, believe me I would. This place is HORRIBLE. Literally EVERY MACHINE IS BROKEN. I only came because I was desperate and had no other laundromat open near me. Each and EVERY machine is HIGHLY DIRTY and the water SMELLS. The price they charge does not equal the quality of this place. Pure disgust.

Do not go there!!! The machines don't work at all. None of them!!! Ok well maybe 2 and there's no air conditioning in the place at all!!! Just terrible, save your time and go somewhere else.
