I didn't know what to expect going in, but was very pleasantly surprised. The crew showed up 10 minutes early despite the short notice (I had booked the move earlier that day) and moved all my stuff from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom apartment within 2 hours, including furniture disassembly and other prep work. Although they worked at a fast pace, everything was handled carefully and well-protected so that nothing was damaged, and the movers were very courteous throughout. I would recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service at a reasonable price.

No hidden extra fees like other moving company's have pulled on my in the past!

They called only ONE HOUR before our scheduled move to inform us that their morning move was running much longer than they had envisaged, and could we move tomorrow instead!? The move date was booked over six weeks in advance. 

We explained that it was our closing date and it was crucial the move happen that day. Astoundingly, the caller never even offered an apology but offered to call around to see if he could find someone else to move us. 

After considerable stress and scrambling to find other movers on zero notice, we were fortunate enough to find another company to complete the move.

Best Way to Move called back 4 hours later while our move was in progress to say they had found someone for us. 

The possibility of being double booked on the same day and bumped without any prior warning was never mentioned beforehand. 

The whole debacle was unprofessional to say the least.

Had a great experience with Serge and his team. They moved a piano for me on a Saturday night with only a few hours notice. They were efficient and reasonably priced. Thanks guys!
