What a disappointment this stay was. With so many good reviews we thought as a Rewards member we were going to have the usual Best Western Hotel stay. But it was not to be. We had a musty room, that was attempted to mask with Fabreeze, we had faulty equipment which probably violated the building code, and for the two days we were there I noticed standing water on the floor from dripping beverage cooler in the breakfast area. The breakfast itself was really poor too, the eggs were dry and the selection was not up to the Best Western Standard either in my opinion. The final disappointment was when our car was keyed in the parking lot. (That has happened before, we were told). All in all it was just a very poor experience. The hotel does looks good from the street and I was told by another guest that the pool was nice.

The overall appearance of the hotel is nice and the rooms are fairly comfortable. The stay would have been good had I actually had hot water during my entire stay. I was surprised that no attempt was made by management to compensate me for the inconvenience.

Great front desk staff, decent little breakfast in the morning, nice rooms with comfortable beds.

Worst stay ever, This property is excellent to stay in . but they need a better technician to fix the internet. i had to walk to walmart to connect to their internet to book my flight.
