The overnight hotel manager, Jared, was excellent and very accommodating when the first room we booked was accidentally missed during housekeeping rounds. 5 stars for Jared for being helpful and friendly. The room we ended up in was fine. There was a dirty washcloth left behind in the bathroom. The rest of the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself wasn't super clean and maybe needs some maintenance and updating. Nothing else in particular was wrong with it. The location is great. Oceanfront views are beautiful. Complimentary breakfast was good.

FEMALES DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Please read my experience. We got to our room parking spot at the hotel at midnight our room was the closest to the beach (The rooms had their doors towards outside, you didn't have to go through the lobby or anything to get to it) and some guy was like "where's your room, what's your room number.....I work here" I'm just thinking there's no way we're telling him so I said "we're just going down to the beach, we're good. Thanks." So we walked over the bridge to the beach and I didn't have a good feeling. A few seconds later the guy came down and shined his flashlight on us and said "there's a storm coming, you better get to your room". I was freaking out. I called the front desk and asked if they had someone walking the premises and he said they have a security guard. He got on the phone and asked if it was him....it wasn't. He told the security guard to come find us. We ran back to our car and locked it. The same creepy guy was standing there and didn't say anything. We didn't even wait for the security guard. I went back to the front office and told him we were leaving. The guy at the counter (Jared I think) was really nice and refunded me. I was reexplaining to him what happened and he said that was definitely not someone who worked there. They aren't allowed to have flashlights and that they aren't allowed to talk to you unless you look lost and the only thing they're allowed to ask you is if you need help with finding your room. Absolutely the most terrifying experience of my life. We spent 2 hours searching for another hotel and got no sleep that Night. Not worth it!

We had a great time! The view of the ocean was spectacular! Rooms were nice and clean. All the staff were caring and friendly.... breakfast was good- Always full and fresh and attended. Employees at the front desk were very helpful and patient and very accomodating. Overall a great place to stay. We have already talked about coming back again.

The outside of the building was a bit dated looking but the grounds were very clean. Our room/suite was above expectation with a great view of the ocean. Breakfast was well done and our cleaning lady was outstanding. We were very please with the comfort of the beds, nice towels and great beach access with a rinsing shower right at the walk way. Strongly encourage beach go-ers to drive 15 minutes south and go to the beaches across from the air force base. The beaches were nearly vacant due to being across the road from the base, but in wonderful condition. Overall a great stay and plenty of Parking.

We have always enjoyed our stays at the Best Western at Cocoa Beach, Florida. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and helpful Anna and her staff who prepare and serve breakfast do a great job. The breakfast's at among the best. The location is ideal for our vacation plans. The beds and the rooms are very comfortable and pleasing. All in all the Best Western at Cocoa Beach in Florida is tops for us.
