This Best Western was clean and comfortable, having been fairly recently remodeled.  Heating/AC units were quiet and effective. Bathroom and fixtures were in great shape.

The one area for improvement I was was in the extreme use of blue-white LED lighting, appearing to be in the 5,000 to 6,000 Kelvin range. The bright white light was annoying and gave us slight headaches. 

The AMA has come out against the use of such lighting and recommends 5700k, much more comfortable. The place was lit up like a prison yard. I won't be back.

The Best Western Cottonwood Inn is in a great location.  It looks like it's been completely renovated.  Very clean.  It almost looks new.  Friendly staff.  Free hot breakfast every morning.  For the cost, I was very impressed and would recommend it for anyone visiting the area of Cottonwood, Jerome, and even Sedona.

I have stayed at the Cottonwood Best Western numerous times over the past few years and have nothing but wonderful stays. The staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast was tasty. The room was clean and comfortable. I will certainly stay again.

Front desk service was friendly and helpful. We didn't need any help, but the people in front of us were asking about places to go with their kids and the front desk lady was a fountain of knowledge. She asked which room we'd like and when we said we wanted a view over the valley, she accommodated us. Our room was comfortable, the shower large and clean, and everything in working order. The pillows we're not quite comfortable, but we made do. The breakfast in the morning was continental and fairly normal. I did appreciate the large variety. Overall, would stay again.

Price for room was to high for quality of room. We have stayed in hotels alot in the past year which were much nicer and at better cost than this hotel in
Cottonwood. Staff here were professional and pleasant.
