This is an update review from my previous one posted below... They have done everything to correct the problems I faced the first time. I have stayed there multiple more times since then. The hotel is very quiet and all amenities work well. For a two-star hotel, it is very clean except the carpet. I usually only stay at 3 or more star hotels but didnt really have too many options. I was good as long as I wore sandals in the room but the bathroom floor is clean it is just the carpet. Best Western uses white sheets and sheets as duvets, so it is easy to make sure the bedding is clean and I appreciate that. For a small mining town hotel I am very pleased and I will stay their again in the future. I would give them 5 stars if they had new carpet! Overall quiet rooms and friendly staff. Too many people take advantage of the rooms and smoke in them. The room smelt like smoke and the carpet is filthy.

Room rate and cleanliness were good, the breakfast was normal, I have stayed there before and will do so again if I need a hotel in Safford

Great central location, 2 room suite was perfect for my wife and kids. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty decent with a variety of options.

This location is good for a bed and quick breakfast if that's what you need. If you are looking for particular comfort or any other common amenities, look elsewhere. The staff members were definitely their own people. The woman that checked us in was very friendly and personable, and not fake at all or sales-oriented. However, we were awoken twice early the first morning by cleaning crew who asked if we were checking out. Nope, and one would assume they would have that information at their disposal, so such a question and inconvenience is unnecessary. Additionally, the second time the lady at the door did not leave after our response, but instead then tried to pressure us into ordering room-service. The quality of the staff was probably 2/5 overall, and the amenities are not fantastic, but the place as a whole is still deserving of 3/5. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel, though the dining area was very small. The hotel computer was showing its age in how it handled simple tasks like loading up javascript-based pages, but was still functional. The parking lot is a bit tight but is still manageable. The room was a bit dated, and the bathroom ceiling was not sheetrock but was actually a painted and spackled sheet of metal (great for waterproofing, I suppose, but a bit low-hanging and unexpected). My bed was not very comfortable, but the other person I traveled with had no problems with theirs, so I may have just gotten a bad mattress (which happens). The A/C unit is a bit confusing to work initially, and it's not completely consistent at drying the air, but when it works it WORKS. Overall, the price is a little high for the place, but with so little competition in the area that's not overly surprising. I'd suggest it for its convenience to the main road and if you're looking for a place to stay overnight without much need for a place to go during the day. Just remember to use the "Do Not Disturb" sign!

It's a nice enough smaller town property with Wi-Fi and breakfast. I would recommend it and would stay again.
