This is an older hotel, and the drawback was that doors open to the outside instead of a central hallway.  We appreciated the comfortable beds and pillows.  Room temperature was easy to control.  We appreciated the hot breakfast before leaving for the airport.  The shuttle ride was also a nice feature since we could  leave our car at the hotel.  We will most likely stay there again.

This is a little gem near the airport. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. They offer a free shuttle from the airport and breakfast in the am. Wifi/swimming pool and next door to the Waffle House...but the best part is the staff . They are kind and accommodating and make you feel like family. If you just need a place as you are passing through or are visiting family nearby...this is a sweet place to stay and crazy affordable.

Overall the quality of this stay was fine.  Housekeeping in the room could have been a bit better in the unseen places. (behind the bed) Bed was comfortable and the bath facilities were clean.  I would have liked to have had fresh fruit at breakfast but there were many other choices available.  I would stay here again.

The staff was helpful and nice.  But we had issues with the other customers and found out that this has happened before.  A busload of kids on a sports team stayed when we were there.  They ran up and down the halls and then treated the space outside their room as a party space.   

In addition, another customer opened his door and blasted music.  I don't know if this is the "party" hotel for the days we were there or what was going on. 

But the staff did call the customers and did take care of the problem.  

Also, note that there is a firehouse down the street and we heard sirens frequently.

First of all, it's wonderful that they are pet friendly, but there really isn't a great place to walk a dog, especially a large dog. 
It needs updates, but it was very clean, they had vinyl flooring instead of carpet for the pet friendly room - isn't that smart!! First time ever and kudos to the management for that!!!
I left my cell charger behind and a kind employee found it and told me how I could get it sent home ... Thank you!!
Overall, it needs updates, but kind employees and clean room ..
