There was a Roach in our room! We were packing up our belongings on Sunday to check out.  I laid my 1 year son on the bed to change his diaper, moved the bed pillow over and a roach crawled across the bed... I was horrified! I quickly picked up my baby and my husband moved the sheet to try to kill it. We immediately grabbed what we had in the room and left. I ended up changing my son in our vehicle. I did inform the front desk that our room had Roaches. She told me a manager would call me. No one contacted me.The carpet in our room was Filthy. My sons socks were stained by the dirt in our room. I cleaned the bathroom floor myself and cleaned everything else we had to touch with sanitizer. We killed a few flying ants and spiders during our stay but Roaches are unacceptable. We had other family members staying at the hotel as well who told us the hotel staff put do not disturb signs on the outside of their doors while they were gone and when they returned their rooms weren't cleaned.  Some things can be overlooked but nobody wants to stay at a hotel with roaches especially when you have children.

Good people, but building was too old, air conditioner, refrigerator were almost continuously making loud noise, and room was smelly. That night, I had terrible allergic response, worst in my life.

Hotel was clean enough and had no troubles with the room but the building is very old and my room had a weird smell to it and applicences were loud. It really needs to be kept up to date.

The hotel lobby and room we're very attractive.  Breakfast was great.  Internet didn't work. Desk chair was broke.  All in all we were satisfied.
