The staff as a whole were polite & friendly.  Kudos to the 2 ladies who work the breakfast room.  They are the best, went out of their way to help everyone.  The hotel is pet friendly & have 2 areas for your pet to roam.  Would definitely chose this hotel again.

We have stayed at Best Western in Rohnert Park, ca several times!! It is very clean, the staff is courteous and helpful and the pool and hot tub are very clean! The beds are comfortable and the room has a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Continental breakfast has lots of choices.

It is my opinion this is the only place to stay if you have a family member at the Animal Care hospital. The parking lots interconnected so it is very close and easy to go back and forth. The hotel is very clean comfortable and quiet for such a central location. The staff are extremly understanding and supportive they go out of their way to make your stay as stress free as possible even in the most stressful times. Their kindness is appreciated.

Best Western Inn, Rohnert Park, is a wonderful place to stay. There's so much for kids and adults to do near by. After a long day of having fun we always look forward to cooling down by the hotel pool. The rooms are lovely and the beds are so comfy. The staff is great and they prepare a wonderful breakfast that's included with your visit. I would highly recommend that you add Best Western Inn, Rohnert Park, on your list of places to stay. Enjoy!!!

The hotel was very clean and employees very helpful and friendly, but our room was right next to the freeway, which made it very difficult to sleep due to the car/truck traffic.  We had to put on an app on our phone for white noise to try and drowned out the loud freeway traffic.  On a day we truly needed our sleep since stayed at this hotel since we were riding in the Levi Grand Fondo Bike Ride in Santa Rosa.  Needless to say, we did not get good rest before our ride.
