Price was decent. Our room was huge and spacious. Plenty of parking. Only complaint was there was a dead spider in the bathroom that i guess someone killed before we checked in. It was still there after house keeping came to our room during our second day there. Disappointing. It's probably still there. Besides that, great location just off the highway.

This is not a luxury hotel, but for the traveller looking for an overnight stay while attending outside functions, such as a Convention or wedding, it fits the bill and is comfortable. Any staff we spoke to were courteous, and our rooms were well taken care of each day. Both hot and cold breakfast is offered each day with a variety of items available. An added feature I hadn't had before was the availability of coffee or tea 24/7 in the breakfast area. I thought that was pretty good. There is ample parking and the parking lot was in good repair. Exit signage is not visible, and I had to drive around the whole complex before I found it. You don't exit the same way you enter. Now that I have been there once, I would go back. Any issues were minor and easily correctable, and I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, for a one night stay our room was perfect if had to stay longer would need more room, no real area to sit and relax at a desk, except table and two kitchen style chairs. Room was smaller than normal. Air/heater on auto was noisy, TV had very limited channel choices. These are minor annoyance, on the positive side beds were soooo comfortable and the breakfast was filling and good. I would definitely recommend for visiting St Jacobs on Market Day. Have already recommended to friends.

We stayed here for one night during the Oktoberfest. I would recommend people staying here it was 10 mins from the Oktoberfest just off the highway and it wasn't that expensive considering parking and breakfast included for 4. The hotel was clean and the beds were good.

It was a nice experience. The staff were extremely friendly and consistently said 'hi' to us as we walked about the hotel. The room was clean and well-stocked. The continental breakfast was actually a full breakfast with a lot of selection. I give it only 4 stars as it didn't have a pool, which I was really looking forward too, only and hottub and the drinking water and therefore the coffee and tea tasted chalky.
