Overpriced and dirty hotel. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful, they are aware of the condition of the hotel. Mold in my shower from leaky faucet = no shower for me. Was only there one night and didn't want to change rooms. Big water leak in hallway during my stay, had to walk around hotel to enter/leave. Cleaning staff woke me up by coming in my room two hours before check out despite a "do not disturb" sign hanging on my door. Laughed when I told them to leave. Very unprofessional and will not stay here again.

Booked online. Then needed assistance with a change. Extremely helpful, cheerful wonderful service there. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting the best rate possible even though I was calling about something else. Check in was smooth and efficient. Beds comfortable. Room clean. They didn't give us the fold out bed we requested but I'm not sure where it would have fit. The guests on a Thursday night were mostly hard working people who went to bed early and left early a.m. It was easy to get a good sleep here.

A very nice hotel in a relatively quiet area. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast room was clean and had fresh food. Decent sized parking lot.

Went there for a company meeting. Rooms were very nice. Bathrooms were pretty clean and well designed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful and affordable hotel in the heart of beaming Leesburg. The staff stays up late to get what you need and gets up early to make sure your coffee is hot by 6am. Could not ask for a more perfect hotel in this quaint town. They accommodated about 60 of my family and friends for our wedding weekend and put up with all our shenanigans!
