We dropped in just before 9:00 PM and, fortunately, there were rooms still available. The staff was friendly and professional. The rate was reasonable for the night. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast was hot and covered all the bases for an overnight stay. We stayed there in 2016, was our first choice for 2017 and we will be back on our next visit to the area.

We stayed for 1 night on our way up north. The room was great-clean, spacious, and modern. The best part of our stay was Sandy, the woman who checked us in. SO HELPFUL AND KIND! Went above and beyond to help us and gave us great information about the area.

First time to visit this particular Best Western property. The next time I'm in the area I will definitely make it a point to stay here. It was the best Best Western I've ever been to. The room was clean, nicely furnished and spacious. All of the staff that I met were very friendly and quite helpful.

The Harbor Springs Best Western is awesome. The rooms are newly updated and beautiful...the staff it friendly & the owners are the nicest people you'll ever meet! The location is perfectly situated between Harbor Spring and Petoskey. Their prices are competitive (usually much better) than other hotels that don't compare in quality, and much homier, friendlier and comfortable than bed and breakfasts we've tried. They offer a "continental breakfast" but they should drop "continental"...they offer a wide variety of choices. We will always stay there when we go to Harbor!

Loved staying at Best Western in Harbor Springs. Right in between both Harbor Springs and Petoskey on the main road. No stairs and easy to access rooms. Plenty of parking and the staff is extremely helpful toward tourist and guest. Bike path leads directly behind the hotel and runs many many miles on a paved path. They have a medium sized pool with a maximum depth of 5 feet and a hot tub with jets. Continental breakfast is minimal consisting of pastry's and yogurt, fruit and waffles etc.
