One of the cleanest Best Westerns we have stayed! Loved our room! Check in and check out were extremely easy. Breakfast was delicious and serving area was immaculate! Definitely recommend this location!

Our problem was that this NO PETS and NO SMOKING hotel, which prominently posts its rules, has a staff that does not enforce those rules.  We were in room 108, and in the room directly across from us (room 111) was a person who had two barking dogs and smoked so much that we were choking on that smoke.  My wife and I are elderly and I suffer asthma.  My wife is very sensitive to smoke of any kind.  The dogs barked constantly, which disturbed our sleep.  I complained twice about the matter to two different people (one merely said, "Oh, boy, I need to call him" and the other said, "I assure you, he will be fined"), but no adjustment was made to our room rate to reflect our discomfort and the scofflaw continued to remain in the room.  We are a loyalty member, as well, so we don't deserve this treatment if Best Western wishes us to continue in that program.  "No pets" and "no smoking" are top reasons why we chose this hotel in Paducah, Kentucky.  Perhaps they are more tolerant of smoking because Kentucky is a tobacco state, but that is not a reason to ignore the discomfort of patrons.  Not to be unfair, the property was beautifully maintained and the rooms were top notch, but all that can be spoiled by a staff unresponsive to customer issues, especially when sleep is disturbed.  My wife and I simply cannot recommend this hotel, which is contrary to our experiences at most Best Westerns.  There are others nearby that are just as good at a third less than what you pay at Best Western..

Our experience is very good bed, very clean, very good breakfast. I would rate it excellent, next time in Kentucky we will stay here. Thank you.

This place was clean and updated. Breakfast buffet was really good. Eggs, biscuits and gravy,  waffles,  cereals and pastries. The staff set-up my room by having extra towels already and the room temp set up. Highly recommend it to others.

Very good people assisting your clients. The lady who booked us in also supplied us with directions to your downtown for a very nice dinner. We have selected this hotel at least 2 to 3 other times and would certainly do it again.
