Check in was fast and easy. Room had 2 queen beds and double sofa. The sofa bed was not really comfortable but the queen beds were very nice. Breakfast had a lot of choices both hot and cold:.. Eggs sausage biscuits gravy waffles pastries cereal etc. The location was great with lots of shopping and restaurants near. A brahms and McDonald's were walkable in parking lot. Not far from unt or downtown.

Both the manager and the staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast was good, but the coffee was "EXCELLENT " !! I would definitely recommend this hotel to my associates and family.

This is a very clean, comfortable, and professionally run Best Western in a great area near lots of shopping and a short drive to UNT and/or downtown Denton. We will definitely return. Our rating would have been a 5 except for the hot tub, which was a very cool 85 degrees. apparently the owner would not raise it. That said, the staff was very kind and helpful. If visiting UNT, this a great choice.

We checked in for a 1 night stay on our way to the Grand Canyon. There was a mix up and we accidentally booked 2 nights, but the hotel allowed us to cancel the night that we didn't need without any problem. When we got to our room, the smell of smoke was pretty strong. I called down to the front desk and the gentleman with that but kept apologizing, he asked us to give him a minute​to see what he could do. He quickly called back and upgraded us to a Jacuzzi room and even came to our room to bring us the key and walk us there. It was late so we didn't use the jacuzzi, but the bed was one of the most comfortable mattresses that I've had in a hotel in a long time. The breakfast was hot and fresh, everyone in our group was happy. We hope that it works out to stay here on our return trip. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying over in that area.

Attended a SkillPath seminar at this hotel. The 'conference room' was about the size of a hotel room and was quite cozy for the 25 or so students. Only having 2 restrooms (1 male/1 female) was also 'interesting'. Overall, Hotel seems nice enough although I don't know that I would recommend it for any medium or large gathering.
