Absolutely wonderful! Clerks are kind and courteous. Rooms are super clean and the furnishing are very nice , are all modern/up to date. Price is very competitive. Had a much needed restful stay at this Best Western. Worth every dollar too.

Kind, caring, and professional staff provided a warm and inviting stay at the Best Western in Casper, Wyoming. We were travelling from Louisiana with a cat and dog. The front desk went the extra mile to make sure that we had everything for our pets. The continental breakfast had a great selection and we had room service the previous night which was outstanding. Thank you again for excellent customer service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and in good repair. I highly recommend staying here and will use this hotel on future trips through the area.

Very nice and friendly staffs at front desk. The room is clean but there is a smell of smoke all over the room including linens, although they claim all rooms are non-smoking. The breakfast is free, fresh and they offer fresh-cooked omelet! Will come back again.

Stayed in a family suite: 2 double beds and a couch pullout for my family of six. First, the pullout bed had no sheets or blankets. I went to the front desk and they told me that the blankets were in a closet in the room. Went back to the room and my family searched everywhere, no bedding except a blanket that looked looked like it was supposed to be an extra for the normal beds. So back to the front desk, who finally seemed willing to hand me some sheets. Then I discover that the room only has four towels. Seems to me that they should have noted that six people were checking in and offered two extra towels up front. I guess not. Then I noticed that the room only had four water cups. I was not going to make another trip back to the front desk at this point... The beds, for their part, were a bit too bouncy for two people to sleep in comfortably. If this all sounds like it was an aweful hotel, it was not, really. The room wasn't bad. I just wish they were more prepared for and responsive to six guests in one room. The pool was nice. And the cooked-to-order omelets for breakfast were a welcome difference from other hotels we have stayed at during this vacation.
