The Best Western Hotel in Kelowna is a hotel I would recommend. The hotel is clean and fresh. The staff are friendly and demonstrate that they are eager to please. As Kelowna is the closest airport from our home and as we were flying in the early morning we choose to get a room for the night. There is a shuttle bus to transport us from the hotel to the airport. They even gave us a breakfast lunch as the breakfast room would not be open until later. I do have one concern. It was still tourist season and although we are local I would have been given consideration to not have to pay the high cost of the room for 1 night. Not to be !!

Very good stay, but hotel could use a bit of an "appearance refresh". Front desk and housekeeping staff were excellent. All amenities in good working order and breakfast more than adequate. Hotel itself is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and a short drive to the waterfront. For golfers, Golf Town is directly behind the hotel!! 97 St Pub, attached to hotel is a great sports bar with a truly local feel. Would recommend location and will be back!

Our second stay at this hotel and we were very pleased. The room is clean and comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We had a pet friendly room with easy access to our vehicle and places to walk the pup. We used room service for a few meals and the service was very prompt. While a bit on the pricey side, the food was excellent. The menu could be a bit adventurous for those who like plain food so, if you are a meat and potatoes kind of guy or just like a plain sandwich, this option may not be for you. I highly recommend the Carmelized onion soup and house salad.

We booked a one bedroom with fold out couch & kitchenette...for 4 girls. Room was good...except the dishes in the suite...we're ridiculous. 4 mugs...2 wine glasses...4 plates..2 side plates...3 forks...2 soup spoons...and 3 steak knives..and 1 dull paring knife. It was great it had a Keurig coffee machine...however there was only 2 regular coffee pods and 1 decaf. No paper towel...had to use Kleenex when we ate. The heater fan raddled ALL night. We also had to ask for extra bedding for the fold out couch. Definitely not suited for 4 people even you know we booked for 4 people. A little disappointed...people were super friendly...room just kinda sucked.

Great for families. The mineral pool is warm and only 1m deep meaning I could sit and watch my kids swim and as a parent this is a big deal. We had a ground level room with patio which was a good size for our family of 4. The room was clean and the staff are friendly. Everyone greets you, even the cleaning staff. The breakfast is good with plenty of options. It is close to restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend the Best Western Plus Kelowna.
