This hotel is clean and comfortable, with amenities typically available only in higher-cost hotels. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The desk area was well-lit and had enough outlets within reach for my electronic equipment. The complimentary breakfast offered many healthy options (as well as some less-healthy but also very tasty and popular options!). The hotel even has an indoor pool. In the fitness room, the elliptical didn't work properly, but the other equipment was fine. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel.

My room was ready when I arrived. The temperature was set as requested and the receptionist asked if I needed any help with my baggage or to the room. That was appreciated and a pleasant surprise. Breakfast came, for me, at 7:30. It was hot and tasty and had ample supply and variety. Very nice conclusion to a very nice stay. The staff was more than polite and efficent, they were caring. Cannot give enough accolades.

Nice hotel, nice people. Have stayed here many times and always have a good stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. On this last visit, the pool was FREEZING COLD When this hotel is full, the service suffers. If you are here when it's not too busy, it's a much better experience.

Best Western Plus Greenville is a terrific value and beautiful hotel. Well-designed and newly decorated, the hotel features a delicious breakfast and modern fitness center. Only complaint is that the indoor pool was too cold to swim in. Stay here for a great night’s sleep!

Mirror fell on me put it was easy to put back up. Was put in handicap room so the closet space was tight. But breakfast was great and bed was great. Service was great.
