Awesome customer service and so convenient to the airport with a very reliable free shuttle service. Kayla was the front desk person who was very friendly checking us in for the night. When we told her that we had an early morning flight and needed to be at the airport at 4:30 am she told us that she could arrange for the driver (who usually starts at 5:00 am) to take us at 4:30. She prepared a grab to go bag for breakfast that we picked up the next morning. Tina was the staff person in the early morning and was pleasant to talk with as we easily checked out and waited for our ride. This hotel staff is one of the most accommodating and friendly we have experienced. The hotel rooms are clean and we loved the larger than average rooms.

The bed was comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms was loving. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is the housekeeping performance. The first day we got in the room the ice holder was filled with water from a previous customer. The second day the housekeeper did not clean our room because the same paper was on the floor the second night that was on there the first night. Also the housekeeper didn't change our sheets. Our bed was remade with the same sheets. Which we were told our sheets would be changed daily. We stayed on the third floor and had to go to the 2 floor to get ice because there wasn't a ice machine our floor. Over all the location was convenient and we would stay there again.

Decent place, most are really great staff except for the lady who was supposed to pick us up in the airport shuttle. We didn't know we had to call (here's a lesson when traveling folks) so we called and asked for the airport shuttle to come pick us up. An hour later we call again because she still had not shown up. The desk clerk said "well she's been there and back a few times". Let me tell you now, she wasn't. So again we called, and asked for her to take the phone number incase she was unable to find us. 35 minutes later she finally shows up and proceeded to tell us we were not the people she was supposed to pick up. :/ After we were already in the shuttle. :/ Really! Then asked us twice if we had a reservation or going to pick up our car? Then had to call in to the desk clerk to ask who she was supposed to be picking up. The hotel was clean and the people were so nice, except that lady.

This hotel has been nothing short of great. The rooms were clean and had very comfortable beds! The staff has gone above and beyond to help me with various things- dining suggestions and extending my stay! Raquel and Tina were so welcoming and helped me very much. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling or even just visiting NOLA as it's close to many things!

The hotel we stayed at was a decently nice hotel. But when we asked for something at night the Night service was very disrespectful to us and started calling us names. When we asked to speak to the manager the person who we spoke with says that she was being "playful". I will do whatever I can to make sure people don't go to this hotel due to the bad customer service.
